“Growing up in Ghana, we enjoyed reggae and dancehall music a lot, it also allowed as to learn a lot about Jamaican culture. MAD UP is a lyrical mix of pidgin, patios and rap expressing how mad things can get in the dance scene.
The music was originally written by Kweku Sackey, David Nicholas and Tom Excell. It features a fusion of funk and african dancehall with Franz Von dropping some serious heat.
This track means al ot to us as it shows the energy and connection we have with audience.”
